Qawiyah is a modest activewear and apparel brand offering thoughtfully designed clothing for women.

In these Terms, “Qawiyah,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Qawiyah. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or visitor using our website.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the website.
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse our website content, images, designs, logos, or other intellectual property without our permission.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information while placing an order.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where necessary.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

Minor variations in fabric, stitching, measurements, or finishing may occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to modify product details, designs, availability, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout or payment is completed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you regarding the available options, including cancellation and applicable refund arrangements.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to any genuine technical or pricing errors.

Payment must be successfully completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 COD handling fee will be charged as displayed at checkout.

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals.
• Other circumstances where we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

For COD orders, cancellation requests must be made before dispatch.

Repeated COD cancellations, refusal to accept deliveries, or failure to accept COD orders may result in COD being restricted or permanently unavailable for future orders.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines displayed on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided through the contact information associated with your order. Tracking may also be available through our website on our Order Tracking Page.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other logistical issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners after the order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, phone number, email address, and other required information when placing your order.

We may contact you through WhatsApp or another available communication method to confirm your address or delivery details before dispatch.

Please carefully verify the information provided to us.

Once an order has been dispatched, Qawiyah will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

Additional charges or other consequences arising from an incorrect address or failed delivery may be the customer’s responsibility.

We accept returns only when the product meets the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, including applicable tags and packaging, and must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used.

Every return request is subject to review and inspection.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved.

Once we receive the return request and the returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets our return criteria.

If the product does not meet the applicable criteria, the return may be rejected.

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before initiating a return.

Qawiyah currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If your size does not fit, you may request a return subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and place a new order for the size or product you require.

Please carefully check our size chart before placing your order.

Return approval is subject to our return eligibility criteria, and availability of your desired size or product is not guaranteed.

Where a return is approved under our Return & Exchange Policy, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping cost, as specified in the policy.

Return shipping costs, where applicable, are separate from the original order shipping charges.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the applicable refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

If the returned product does not meet our return criteria, the refund may be rejected.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, or other financial institution involved.

COD may be available for eligible orders and locations.

We may contact you through WhatsApp or another communication method to verify your COD order and delivery details before dispatch.

Repeated COD cancellations, refusal of delivery, failure to accept COD orders, or repeated RTOs may result in COD being restricted or permanently unavailable for future orders.

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, including an incorrect address, incomplete address, repeated absence, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to the courier, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

For COD orders, repeated RTOs or delivery refusals may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

Any applicable charges or consequences associated with an RTO may be handled in accordance with our Shipping and Cancellation Policies.

From time to time, Qawiyah may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.

Each promotion may have its own terms, eligibility requirements, validity period, or usage restrictions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotion where necessary.
• Promotional codes obtained through unauthorised or fraudulent means may be cancelled.

All content available on the Qawiyah website, including but not limited to:

• Qawiyah name and logo.
• Product names and designs.
• Photographs and videos.
• Graphics and illustrations.
• Website design.
• Written content.
• Brand elements and other creative materials.

is owned by or licensed to Qawiyah and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use any Qawiyah content without prior written permission.

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content relating to Qawiyah, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.

By submitting content to us, you grant Qawiyah permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for legitimate brand, marketing, promotional, or website purposes, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and functional.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, completely accurate, or free from technical errors.

We may temporarily suspend access to the website for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

• Repeated fraudulent return or refund claims.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qawiyah will not be responsible for losses, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical failures, payment gateway issues, internet disruptions, government restrictions, or other third-party failures.

Qawiyah will not be considered in breach of these Terms for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, policies, products, services, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
